Job description: ● I work with IT Professionals looking for a new challenges across U.S ● I've around 2+ years of experience in U.S recruitment industry working as a vendor recruiter for hi-tech majors like □ Microsoft. □ Amazon. □ T-Mobile. □ Nike. ►My current responsibilities include; ▼ Target Fortune 2000 companies and develop internal hiring manager relationships within. ▼ Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement a staffing strategy for current and future needs of the organization. ▼ Be proactive and creative about marketing to and building a pipeline of passive and active candidates. ▼ Manage a majority of the recruitment life cycle including but not limited to finding job leads, partnering with hiring managers to solve talent acquisition needs,creating/preparing job descriptions, job posting, sourcing, screening, marketing the opportunity, coordinating interviews, providing feedback to the candidates, and checking references. ▼ Work with the management team to develop best-practice policy, improve work flow, and to make continuous process improvements for the entire fulfillment process.
