Amritians in Singapore had their first Alumni meet on 9th August 2010. It was a great start with around 20 members inclusive of 6 families and 5 children. There were Amritians from AICT Kollam, Cochin and Chennai, Ettimadai and Amritapuri Multimedia.
The team have discussed on how we can form the Alumni team, its members and how to go about with the activities. Based on the discussion, the team have formed three streams - Education, Career and Social Activities. The event is concluded with an exciting group activity.
After the first meet, a groups email id is created for the Amritians in Singapore and a database which maintains members details and career profiles.
